Modular Solar Lighting for Flexible Project Configurations

The GH-SLD series combines configurable lamp heads, two mounting sleeve options, and separate solar and battery components.

Available in 60W, 80W, 100W and 120W configurations, it offers a flexible approach to outdoor area lighting for parking lots, plazas, industrial yards and other open spaces.

Flexible Lighting Configuration

Choose from single, dual, triple or four lamp heads to match the lighting layout of your project. Multiple heads allow lighting to be directed toward different areas from one installation point.

Two mounting sleeve options provide further installation flexibility:

• Fixed-angle mounting sleeve for projects with a defined installation angle.

• Angle-adjustable mounting sleeve for adjusting the upper assembly’s orientation to suit site requirements.

The mounting sleeve adjustment is separate from the aiming adjustment on the individual lamp-head brackets.

Independent Components for Easier Customization

A separate solar panel and independent battery compartment allow the energy system to be configured around the project’s lighting demand, local sunlight conditions and required operating hours.

This modular structure also makes individual components easier to access and replace, simplifying maintenance and future configuration changes. Any increase in lamp-head quantity or lighting output should be matched with suitable solar panel, battery and controller capacity.

High-Efficiency LED Lighting

The quoted GH-SLD configurations use 10-chip SMD5050 LEDs, with a rated luminous efficacy of 200 lm/W and luminous output ranging from 12,000 to 24,000 lumens.

A high-transmission optical cover, specified as a PC protective cover combined with glass, provides light transmission above 92%.

Final lighting coverage, ground-level illuminance and installation spacing depend on the selected configuration, mounting height, aiming angles and site layout.

MPPT Control and LiFePO4 Energy Storage

An intelligent boost MPPT controller manages solar charging and lighting operation. Each quoted model is paired with a monocrystalline solar panel and a LiFePO4 battery.

The standard lighting profile is:

4 hours at 100% output + 8 hours at 30% output

The quoted cloudy-day autonomy is 2–3 days under this lighting profile. Actual runtime depends on solar charging conditions, battery condition and operating settings.

Aluminum Heat Dissipation and Outdoor Protection

The GH-SLD features a 1060 pure-aluminum heat sink and a high-conductivity aluminum LED board to transfer heat away from the LEDs. A thickened anti-corrosion paint finish supports outdoor use.

The series carries an IP65 protection rating and a 3-year warranty.

Technical Specifications

Specifications apply to the quoted model configurations. Model wattage should not be multiplied by the number of lamp heads without confirming the complete system design. Autonomy follows the stated dimming profile.
